Neuropy Max Balm | Maximum Strength Natural Balm for Hands & Feet
Description
Maximum-strength natural balm for the people whose feet, hands, and joints need something more. A best-seller among customers managing tingling, burning, prickling, and nerve sensations linked to neuropathy — including diabetic, peripheral, and chemotherapy-related nerve discomfort. Doctor-developed in Essex with a concentrated blend of turmeric, arnica, menthol, hemp seed, and eucalyptus.
Why it works
Neuropy Max Balm is our strongest natural balm for nerve-prone skin — built around five powerhouse botanicals customers reach for again and again. Turmeric and arnica are long valued in traditional wellness for hard-working tissue. Menthol delivers an instant, recognisable cooling sensation. Hemp seed oil sinks in to leave skin deeply nourished. Eucalyptus and peppermint round out the blend with a fresh, clean finish.
It's a favourite among customers managing peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, post-chemotherapy nerve discomfort, sciatica, and the daily tingling, burning, or prickling sensations many people experience in their feet, hands, fingers, toes, legs, and joints. Loved by people whose nights have been disturbed by uncomfortable feet, and by those building a slow, intentional self-care routine around their condition.
Paraben-free, sulphate-free, vegan, and concentrated enough to feel like it's actually doing something. Doctor-developed and handcrafted in small batches in Essex by a UK family-owned brand crafting plant-based skincare since 2007.
How to use
Apply a generous amount to the area that needs attention — feet, hands, fingers, toes, calves, ankles, legs, or anywhere skin feels uncomfortable. Massage in slow, gentle circular motions until fully absorbed. Use morning and evening for best results, or reapply through the day as often as you'd like.
Particularly loved as part of an evening routine — many customers apply before bed, then slip on cotton socks or gloves for 20 minutes to let the ingredients work their way in. The menthol's cooling effect is part of what helps people settle for the night.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this neuropathy balm made for?
It's loved by a wide range of customers: people managing peripheral neuropathy, those with diabetic neuropathy or pre-diabetic nerve symptoms, customers going through or recovering from chemotherapy who are experiencing nerve discomfort, people with sciatica, anyone with daily tingling, burning, or prickling sensations in the feet, hands, or limbs, and customers whose sleep is disturbed by uncomfortable feet at night. It's also popular with older customers caring for general circulation and warmth in cold hands and feet. Always check with your GP or specialist if you're being treated for an underlying condition before adding any new product to your routine.
How quickly will I feel a difference?
The cooling sensation from menthol and peppermint is felt within moments of applying — that's the bit customers comment on first. The deeper comfort of the nourishing oils, arnica, and turmeric builds with consistent daily use. Most customers tell us they notice a meaningful difference in how their skin feels within the first week of twice-daily application, with the biggest improvements coming from making it part of a daily routine rather than reaching for it occasionally. If symptoms are severe or worsening, please speak to your GP, specialist nurse, or consultant — nerve symptoms can occasionally signal something that needs medical attention.
Is this suitable for diabetic neuropathy?
Many of our customers managing diabetic neuropathy use this balm as part of their daily foot and skin care routine, and the formulation has been designed with sensitive, nerve-prone skin in mind. That said, diabetes affects skin, healing, and foot care in important ways, and the right routine looks different for everyone. We always recommend that customers with diabetes speak to their GP, diabetic nurse, or podiatrist before adding a new product to their daily routine — particularly if there's any concern about cuts, ulcers, or reduced sensation in the feet. Patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use.
Can I use this during or after chemotherapy?
A number of our customers reach for this balm during and after chemotherapy when they're experiencing nerve discomfort in the hands and feet (often called chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, or CIPN). Many find the cooling, nourishing combination a welcome part of their daily self-care. However, every cancer treatment journey is different, and your oncology team will have the best view on what's appropriate during and after treatment. Please check with your oncologist, specialist nurse, or pharmacist before introducing any new product — particularly during active treatment.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The balm is paraben-free, sulphate-free, and built around plant-based ingredients chosen for their gentleness. That said, this is a concentrated formula with active essential oils — menthol, peppermint, and eucalyptus in particular — which a small number of people with very sensitive skin can react to. We always recommend a 24-hour patch test on the inner forearm before applying to a larger area. If you have known allergies to any of the listed ingredients, this isn't the right product for you. Avoid use during pregnancy without first speaking to a GP or midwife.
30g or 100g — which size should I get?
The 30g tin is a great starting size if you're new to the brand or trying it for the first time — used twice daily on both feet, it typically lasts around 3 to 4 weeks. The 100g tin offers significantly better value if you know you like it, lasting 3 to 4 months of consistent twice-daily use. A little goes a long way thanks to the concentrated formula. Many of our long-term customers keep a 30g in their bedside drawer and a 100g for daily use — that way it's always within reach when needed.
